Don brought some CDs: Argent, Alan Roth, Uriah Heap, Iggy Pop. Argent is
surprisingly adroit, playing funk as well as the power pop it is famous for.
Alan Roth "Toolin' Around" showcases this artists amazing versatility and
talent. Uriah
Heap is more than just an early 70s heavy band also displaying a range of
musical styles and ideas. Iggy Pop is his usual heavy, manic self. All of
the CDs have good musical cover possibilities.
Jim's funk musical idea recorded. Recording only got the end of the jam
but that's enough to remember it by.
Steve wanted to redo the organ part on "Time Is Tight". Take went fine.
Don recorded guitar solo and outro in "Time Is Tight".
Steve brought "Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Greatest Hits" and played
"Last Dance With MaryJane".
